Today, I want to share with you about something that affects each and every one of us: timing. Timing is crucial in everything we do. As the old saying goes, “There is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven.” God has beautifully orchestrated everything to happen in its own time.
When we’re thinking about making changes in our lives, it’s important to ask for guidance from the ultimate timekeeper: God. Ask Him what you should do and when you should do it. Step out on faith and trust Him to lead you in the right direction.
But why do we often resist change? It’s because change can feel unfamiliar and uncomfortable. When was the last time you tried something new? Remember how it felt? Sometimes, the only way to break free from our comfort zone is to break out of it.
We tend to hold on to tradition, just like the Pharisees couldn’t accept the truth Jesus shared because they were bound by their traditions. But just because something is tradition doesn’t mean it’s always the best way. Innovation and progress come from stepping outside of the norm. This is The Life of a Troubleshooter.
As the Bible says, “The way of the righteous shines ever brighter until the full light of day, but the way of the wicked is total darkness.” We need to appreciate change, and I admit it’s hard but it will let our paths shine brighter with each step forward.
So, what changes do you need to make in your life? It’s normal to feel doubt and fear when faced with change. But ask yourself: will this change benefit others? Is it aligned with the purpose of your team or business? Is it specific and clear? Are your loved ones supportive? Can you test this change before fully committing to it? Do you have the resources to make it happen?
Develop a checklist to navigate through these questions and embrace change with courage and faith. Remember, God’s timing is perfect, and He will guide you every step of the way.
