A Public Safety Mental Health and Conflict-Prevention Initiative
Staying Out The Way is expanding.
Partner with us to bring peace, emotional discipline, and better decision-making to our neighborhoods.
Shirts. Art & Music. Charity Walks. Workshops. Real impact. Everyone — let’s build. This is a community-calming, harm-reduction movement that teaches self-preservation, emotional intelligence, and proactive conflict avoidance.
We’re Already Doing the Work — We Want You to Amplify It.
Our shirts and workshops have already sparked powerful conversations in barbershops, schools, workplaces, and neighborhoods. People are choosing better decisions because the message meets them where they are. We’re building a peace movement called Staying Out The Way — it’s already changing how people move and make decisions. We’re looking for community partners, not handouts.

Peace isn’t passive — it’s a choice.
And in our communities, that choice isn’t always easy.
I started Staying Out The Way because I saw how many people were losing opportunities, relationships, and even their lives over split-second reactions.
Staying Out The Way teaches emotional discipline, self-preservation, and walking away with dignity. It’s not weakness — it’s wisdom.
Our shirts start conversations.
Our workshops change mindsets.
And our movement is growing. That’s why we’re partnering with organizations, who care about community safety and well-being.
If you want to support peace, support the work.
Let’s build together. If your company cares about safety, respect, and positive change — join us.

Staying Out The Way Movement Announces “Step Out The Way Walk 2026” Led by Mr.Chad
The Staying Out The Way movement is proud to announce the Step Out The Way Walk 2026, a city-wide charity walk designed to promote peace, wellness, and self-preservation. The walk will be led by respected community figure Mr.Chad, whose leadership continues to inspire discipline, positive decision-making, and unity among youth and adults alike.
The Step Out The Way Walk aims to bring the community together through a 1–3 mile group walk that symbolizes forward motion, healing, and the power of choosing a better path. The event will feature SOTW shirts, wellness stations, community partners, and a collective message rooted in discipline, maturity, and self-protection.
“This walk is about showing our city what staying out the way really looks like,” said the event organizers. “It’s health. It’s peace. It’s accountability. And it’s giving our youth something positive to belong to.”
Local businesses, nonprofits, schools, and families are invited to participate or serve as sponsors. Sponsorship tiers start at $50, allowing supporters to contribute at any level without pressure.
The event date, location, and partnerships will be announced soon.
Step Out The Way Walk 2026
The Step Out The Way Walk is a community peace and wellness walk designed to activate the Staying Out The Way philosophy in real life.
Our mission is to provide a safe, uplifting environment where youth, families, and community members can choose health, discipline, and self-preservation together.
This walk symbolizes forward motion — taking steps away from chaos and toward peace, clarity, and longevity.
We aim to unite the city in one positive moment that promotes wellness, accountability, and unity, while building long-term community partnerships and opportunities for the next generation.
The Step Out The Way Walk embodies restraint, maturity, and the courage to choose a better path — one step at a time.
Local businesses like yours play a major role in shaping community culture. If you’d like to be a supporter, we offer flexible sponsorship tiers — from youth shirts to hydration stations — with no pressure or required amount.
Your involvement would help create a positive city-wide moment.
“A lot of us grew up in environments where chaos was normal.
Where reacting fast was survival.
Where you didn’t get the luxury of walking away.”
“But what we’re doing today?
This is maturity.
This is self-preservation.
This is saying ‘I choose peace — even when life tries to drag me backwards.’”
“Every step you take today is a step away from something that tried to break you…
and a step toward something that’s trying to build you.”
“We’re showing the youth that strength don’t always look like fighting.
Sometimes it looks like restraint.
Sometimes it looks like patience.
Sometimes it looks like staying out the way.”
“So walk with me…
Not behind me.
With me.
As a community.
As a family.
As people who still believe we can change the narrative.”
“Take your time.
Breathe.
Look around you.
This is our city.
This is our community.
This is our chance to rewrite the energy.”
“Let’s walk.
Let’s move.
Let’s choose peace — together
This walk promotes:
- youth discipline
- mental wellness
- physical health
- conflict-free environments
- positive community engagement
There’s no cost to attend — we simply want the youth involved in something uplifting. We want young people walking, connecting, and seeing community leaders choosing peace in real time. This walk is about unifying the city and promoting safe, healthy alternatives. Your presence and support would mean a great deal to the community
Most show up after the problem… WE show up before it happens.
Staying Out The Way ain’t about hiding… it’s about protecting my peace, choosing my focus, and moving how God tells me to like my future depends on it. Every step is a strategy. A simple message becomes a life-saving mindset. Each shirt is a silent mentor reminding someone to choose peace. Resilience Gear: Stress-resistant mindset layer of protection. You don’t need to fight for peace — just protect it.
You don’t need to be seen — just stay focused.
You don’t need applause — just alignment.
The world is loud.
But your purpose is clear.
And your peace is priceless.
Staying out the way. Staying focused. Staying blessed. This campaign is bigger than clothes—it’s a mission. We give people something positive to put on—and to live by. Every shirt plants the seed of peace before chaos can grow. Every shirt of this brand is a reminder: I don’t need the drama, I just need my peace. And if you feel that too, then you already part of the movement. Donate to help keep our streets safer. Support the preventive intervention we do in real communities. Your purchase helps us bring peace-centered outreach to the streets. 🎯#StayingOutTheWay😎
Why We Stay Out The Way
We do it to live. We do it to see our kids graduate, to keep our names off t-shirts and murals. We do it to break generational curses without breaking ourselves. It’s survival and strategy wrapped in wisdom. Teaching self-governance, emotional discipline, and life strategy. Support the vision and help us work to reinforce the message outside the classroom.
