I was sitting down, talking with a client the other day, having a real deep conversation. And we were talking about reeducation. Now, stay with me here. You know, reeducation? That idea of reshaping your mind, your perspective, putting new thoughts, new habits into that head of yours, so you can get out of that same cycle you’ve been stuck in.
But as we were talking, something hit me. I started thinking: Is reeducation… the same as being “born again” in a spiritual sense? I mean, is it? Think about it. When you’re born again, when you find your faith, your soul comes alive, right? Your spirit gets a new chance. It’s like you’re a brand-new person. And I wondered, could it be that reeducation is just another version of that same transformation?
Let me break it down like this. You ever seen someone get a second chance, a real second chance? I’m talking about someone who’s been through the struggle, who’s made some mistakes, but then they decided to flip the script. They decided to start fresh, to change the way they think, to change how they move in this world. That’s reeducation. That’s taking everything you thought you knew, shaking it up, and saying, “I’m gonna try it different this time.”
Now, let me put it to you like this: You ever been to the gym? I’m sure a lot of y’all have, or at least seen it in the movies, right? Now, when you walk into that gym, you got to break down the muscle. You gotta tear it down to build it back up. That’s the only way you’re going to get stronger. You’ve gotta push past what your body thinks it can do. You’ve gotta teach your muscles how to move in new ways. It’s uncomfortable. It’s painful. It ain’t easy. But after all that strain, after that grind, you get stronger. You transform. You get better.
It’s the same with reeducation, y’all. You gotta let go of old habits, old ways of thinking, old lies you’ve been told. And sometimes, it takes getting uncomfortable. Sometimes, it takes humbling yourself, going back to square one, and learning things you thought you already knew.
But here’s the thing. When you go through that, you don’t just get a new mindset. You get a new life. And that’s where it connects, to me at least, with the whole idea of being “born again.” You get reborn. You ain’t the same person you were before. You’ve been through a transformation, a spiritual awakening, whatever you wanna call it. You start seeing the world different, and you start seeing yourself different.
Now, I’m not saying they’re exactly the same thing. I’m not trying to preach at you. What I’m saying is, when you’re reeducated, when you’re born again, you’re making a decision. You’re choosing a new way of living. You’re choosing to go higher, to be better. You’re choosing to rise up, no matter what your past looks like. And you know what? Maybe that’s all that really matters.
So, I want you to think about it. Maybe it’s time to re-educate yourself. Maybe it’s time to let go of what’s holding you back and rise up. Maybe it’s time to be born again—whether it’s in your spirit, in your mind, or in your heart. This is the Life Of A Troubleshooter
